Job Summary: The professional will work as a CAD Draftsperson within the Infrastructure Projects Unit, focusing on technical drawing production and BIM-based project coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Working as a CAD Draftsperson on Infrastructure Projects 2. Focus on technical drawing production and BIM model coordination 3. Experience with BIM methodology for Urban Infrastructure The Projects Department is responsible for the development and legalization of urban land subdivisions by Casa\&Terra, covering activities from land acquisition support, urban planning project development, management of infrastructure-related complementary project contracting and development, and approvals from Municipalities, Environmental Agencies, Utility Companies, INCRA, Notary Offices, etc. The Projects Department is divided into three units: * Urban Planning: Responsible for developing urban planning projects for Casa\&Terra’s developments; * Legalization: Responsible for procedures with Municipalities, Notary Offices, INCRA, etc.; * Infrastructure Projects: Responsible for managing the development of complementary projects (earthworks, pavement, stormwater drainage, water supply systems, sanitary sewer systems, urban electricity distribution networks, etc.) and environmental licensing of developments; **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will join the Infrastructure Projects Unit and work as a CAD Draftsperson, focusing on technical drawing production, detailing, and BIM-based coordination of infrastructure projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Sanitation (preferred); * Microsoft Office Suite; * AutoCAD Civil 3D; * Experience with BIM methodology for Urban Infrastructure; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in urban infrastructure projects, which may be exclusively focused on earthworks, stormwater drainage, water supply systems, or sanitary sewer systems; **Additional Information** Employment Type: * On-site; * CLT (Permanent); Benefits: * Partnership with Higher Education Institutions; * Birthday day off; * Education allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Christmas basket; Casa \& Terra is a leading land subdivision company operating nationwide in Brazil.
