




TYPICAL ACTIVITIES Prepare meals, controlling the quantity, quality, and cooking time of food items to achieve satisfactory results in terms of taste and presentation; Handle meal preparation equipment and utensils; Ensure hygiene during food handling by applying correct food sanitation and preservation methods, as well as ensuring cleaning of equipment, facilities, utensils, and work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manuals; Decorate dishes according to requirements; Guide assistants in meal preparation and supervise all tasks performed to maintain quality standards; Assist in guiding the team; Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing tasks; Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace and perform other related tasks as needed; Verify that supplied food items match the prescribed quantities and specifications; Store food items properly to prevent contamination and spoilage; operate stoves and other food preparation, heating, and refrigeration appliances; Review the daily menu to verify the next day’s required supplies; follow portioning guidelines stipulated in the contract; Collect food samples and complete forms in accordance with GMP requirements; Work in compliance with technical standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection.
