Job Summary: Desenvolve is seeking front-end developers to work on the digital transformation of municipal governments, developing dynamic and responsive web solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in municipal licensing projects Desenvolve seeks professionals interested in participating in the digital transformation process of municipal governments across the country, especially those interested in engaging in municipal, urbanistic, sanitary, environmental, and business location and operation licensing projects. Candidates must possess skills in developing and maintaining dynamic and responsive web solutions using technologies such as Java EE, JSF, and PrimeFaces. **Job Requirements:** * Proven solid experience as a front-end developer, demonstrated through previous projects and duration of involvement; * Solid knowledge of JSF/PrimeFaces. * Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma. * Proven experience in projects using Git version control. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Ability to collaborate closely with the Product team to absorb requirements and translate them into prototyped or demonstrated screens and interfaces. * Basic understanding of UI/UX **Desirable Qualifications:** **Preferred Knowledge:** * Familiarity with GitFlow and Agile methodologies. * Advanced CSS knowledge. * Knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; Technology-related fields preferred. **Experience Levels:** Up to 4 years of experience: Mid-level. More than 4 years of experience: Senior. Note: Assessed during the technical interview. **What Is Expected for This Role:** For this position, the professional is expected initially to directly execute development tasks to implement new features in the company's digital products. To achieve this, they will receive direct support from the technical leadership and Product Owner to align business rules and technical direction. As the professional grows and gains deeper business understanding, they may assume additional responsibilities and gain greater autonomy in task execution. **Employment Type: Full-time CLT**
