Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct vehicle inspections using checklists, verifying the vehicle's overall technical condition; * Perform various performance and functional tests, following guidance and supervision from the Maintenance Technical Team; * Document and submit results of processes and tests from the final control checklist to responsible parties; * Follow guidance from the Maintenance Technical Team regarding scheduled stops for preventive maintenance; * Ensure vehicles are taken to the workshop designated by the Technical Department; * Immediately notify the Technical Department when corrective maintenance is required; * Manage tires, recording each tire's location on the license plate and its installation position, performing measurements and inflation checks, and managing inventory; * Monitor drivers' checklists, verifying reported mechanical failures and their appropriate handling; * Manage fleet documentation, tracking validity periods to ensure vehicles remain travel-ready; * Forward tires to tire shops; * Maintain vehicle preservation by inspecting each vehicle's condition and implementing preventive measures; * Schedule vehicle washes, coordinating with the car wash station; * Refuel vehicles, complying with all occupational health and safety regulations; * Perform other related duties as required by your immediate supervisor; * Report to your immediate supervisor whenever irregularities or process improvement opportunities are observed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this field or in entry-level positions recommended; * Essential knowledge: Microsoft Office suite; Truck maintenance routines (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.); * Recommended knowledge: Protheus; Logistics routines; Rabbot; Gestran/PneuFit; Currently pursuing technical education in Mechanics or related fields; * Competencies: Attention to detail; Organization; Process management; Teamwork; Communication; Emotional intelligence; Multitasking; Proactivity; Responsibility; Analytical thinking; * Values: Ethics, confidentiality, and commitment; * External contacts: Suppliers and third-party service providers **Additional Information** * Must reside in the Suzano region or Alto Tietê; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\.
