In partnership with **Bridge Holding**, ESSE is investing to become a BIM reference and leader in project management best practices, enhancing the efficiency, speed, and quality of its solutions. **Position:** Field Assistant – Sanitation **Employment Type: Temporary contract, with potential extension.** **Work Location: Municipalities in Minas Gerais State – Doce River Basin region** **Job Purpose** Support field activities related to gathering information on water supply and sanitary sewage systems in municipalities within the operational area, assisting in the collection, organization, and recording of technical data during technical site visits. **Main Responsibilities** * Accompany the **responsible engineer during technical site visits to municipalities**. * Support the collection of **information on water supply and sanitary sewage systems**. * Assist in collecting and organizing **operational and institutional data from local concessionaires and operators**. * Record field-collected information, including **notes, photographic records, and document organization**. * Support the organization and systematization of data collected during site visits. * Assist in preparing and transmitting information to the office for technical team analysis. * Support logistical activities related to technical site visits. **Requirements** **Education** Technical education or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in fields such as: * Civil Engineering * Environmental Engineering * Sanitary and Environmental Engineering * Geography * Environmental Management or related disciplines. **Desirable Knowledge** * Basic understanding of **basic sanitation** * Familiarity with **water supply and sanitary sewage systems** * Ability to organize **technical data and field records** * Basic proficiency in **Excel or data organization tools** **Additional Requirements** * Valid **Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH)** * Availability to **drive during field activities** * **Willingness to travel frequently** during the project duration * Ability to organize and record information **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to perform field activities * Strong communication and teamwork skills Technical learning ability **What We Offer:** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for growth and participation in innovative projects; * Incentive for professional development and specialization.
