Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and implement corporate EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures; * Manage the MOB system (PPE delivery software) and support internal audits; * Use corporate tools (SAP, DOQR, MOB, Wehandle, etc.) for reporting and analysis; * Maintain management of the DOQR system (proactive safety tools); * Serve as technical reference in complex cases (serious accidents, environmental crises, critical audits); * Conduct corporate risk analyses (occupational, environmental, and process); * Assess impacts of significant accidents and incidents, proposing mitigation plans; * Consolidate and analyze EHS data from all units (accident rates, deviations, etc.); * Prepare corporate EHS technical reports and assessments; * Identify trends and propose continuous improvement programs; * Develop corporate safety culture and sustainability campaigns; * Support EHS engagement and recognition programs; * Provide technical support to business units; * Conduct monthly performance meetings with Armac business units; * Handle EHS documentation in response to requests from Armac's Legal Department; * Ensure implementation of safe behavior and safety culture programs; * Monitor EHS KPIs and report monthly to local and global leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Availability for travel; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or postgraduate studies in Engineering, Occupational Safety Technology, or related fields. **Additional information** * On-site restaurant (breakfast and lunch); * Transportation allowance or Mobility Assistance; * Life insurance; * Medical plan – Unimed; * Dental plan – Bradesco; * Maternity kit; * Childcare allowance; * Total Pass.
