Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting ergonomic assessments, preparing Ergonomic Work Analyses (EWA), identifying risks, proposing improvements, and preventing occupational injuries. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations according to NR\-17\. * Prepare, review, and monitor Ergonomic Work Analyses (EWA). * Identify ergonomic risks and propose improvements to processes, equipment, and furniture. * Develop action plans to reduce absences related to musculoskeletal disorders. * Monitor occupational health indicators related to ergonomics. * Collaborate with SESMT, clinics, operational leadership, and HR on occupational injury prevention. * Guide employees on posture, load handling, and good ergonomic practices. * Deliver training sessions, campaigns, and Daily Safety Talks (DDS) focused on ergonomics and occupational disease prevention. * Participate in investigations of accidents and incidents related to ergonomic factors. * Support implementation projects for new equipment and layouts from an ergonomic perspective. * Conduct periodic inspections in operational and administrative areas. * Prepare technical reports and monitor implementation of ergonomic recommendations. * Support occupational health, quality-of-life, and health promotion programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Education, Occupational Therapy, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Ergonomics. * Active professional council registration. * Knowledge of **NR\-17 (Ergonomics)** and other applicable Regulatory Standards. * Experience in occupational ergonomics, preferably in logistics operations, industrial settings, or distribution centers. * Knowledge of Ergonomic Work Analysis (EWA). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and capacity to deliver training.
