Job Summary: Responsible for carrying out activities related to the Environmental Management System, developing and controlling the management of environmental aspects and impacts, and guiding units on legislation. Guidance on Environmental Legislation and Standards **This position is exclusively for work in Inocência, MS.** * Responsible for carrying out activities related to Fortes' Environmental Management System, in accordance with ISO 14001 and applicable legislation for the civil construction sector. * Develop, review, and keep updated the identification of environmental aspects and impacts; * Manage and control the entire process for managing identified environmental aspects and impacts. * Conduct training for all employees regarding the environmental aspects and impacts of their activities and respective control measures. * Guide business units to ensure proper compliance with environmental legislation, standards, and procedures. * Develop the Unit's Waste Management Plan (WMP). **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance * Meal allowance: R$2\.300,00 * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) * Life insurance * On-site accommodation * Psychological support
