We are upgrading 285 km of highways with investments totaling R$ 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and development to the entire region. Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the concessionaire’s environmental actions, ensuring preservation along the highway and compliance with national regulations. * Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001. * Plan, prepare, and monitor environmental licensing processes for construction works. * Monitor licensing procedures and liaise with environmental agencies (e.g., CETESB, DAEE, EDA). * Manage compensatory planting processes to comply with TCRAs. * Monitor water abstraction authorization procedures. * Control waste management and proper disposal. * Manage and develop the company’s environmental programs. * Track deadlines for submission of reports stipulated in the concession agreement. * Monitor and address environmental non-conformities. * Contract third-party companies to carry out environmental activities when necessary. * Monitor environmental aspects and impacts related to construction works and their compensatory measures. * Validate final environmental reports for construction works. * Conduct environmental monitoring across the entire concessioned stretch. * Issue technical opinions regarding internal and external environmental requests. * Identify, plan, and remediate environmental liabilities. * Ensure compliance with current environmental legislation. * Prepare and support internal environmental training. * Contribute to budget preparation and control for the area. * Act in accordance with SGI responsibilities, including emergencies and integrated policy. * Support SGI improvement plans and indicators. * Support identification and resolution of SGI non-conformities. * Conduct field inspections when required. * RIGHT-OF-WAY ANALYST * Prepare procurement plans for materials and services; * Initiate contracts; * Issue purchase notices; * Monitor delivery deadlines for materials and services. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences or Biological Sciences – Environmental Engineering, Geology, Geography, Biology, or Agricultural Engineering. * Experience in highway projects is desirable; * Driver’s license category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of GIS tools; SGI General Guidelines; and Project Management. * RIGHT-OF-WAY ANALYST * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Required experience in the field; * Selected candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with three doses approved by ANVISA, adhering to the official vaccination schedule and recommendations issued by health authorities; **Additional information** Work location: In-person at Bauru / São Paulo **Benefits****:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Daycare assistance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies) Christmas basket Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
