Promotion of environmental training and awareness **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** To be determined. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity * Develop Solid Waste Management Plans (PGRS) for construction sites and projects, defining strategies for waste reuse and proper disposal, including monitoring of segregation, transportation, and material disposition; * Support environmental licensing procedures with competent authorities; * Develop and implement circular economy strategies and measures to reduce environmental impacts; * Monitor environmental indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Ensure compliance with current environmental legislation and standards; * Conduct environmental training for construction site teams on best environmental practices, developing awareness campaigns on proper waste disposal, waste reduction, and rational resource use. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, with active CREA registration; * Proven experience in civil construction and in the development and implementation of Solid Waste Management Plans (PGRS); * Proficiency in current environmental legislation, especially regarding waste management and licensing; * Technical capability to prepare environmental reports, technical opinions, and other related documents; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with environmental agencies and other regulatory entities. *Differentials:* * Postgraduate degree in fields related to Environment, Sustainability, or Environmental Management; * Certifications in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001 or equivalent; * Experience using environmental management software (e.g., SGA, AutoCAD, etc.); * Knowledge of BIM applied to sustainability and environmental efficiency; * Experience in circular economy projects, environmental innovation, and reduction of environmental impacts on construction sites. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance
