Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Apply environmental legislation through inspection; licensing of pollution sources; legal compliance audits; preparation of technical reports and opinions; and environmental control covering all environmental legislation related to the sugarcane-alcohol industry. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in operational environmental management (inspections, legal compliance, environmental evidence and controls), preferably in the sugarcane-energy sector; * Experience with environmental legislation (PNRS, Forest Code, CONAMA, CETESB, IBAMA, ANP, and municipal regulations) and waste management according to NBR 10\.004; * Experience in controlling legal requirements, environmental audits, and reporting and document organization routines; * Experience using data analysis and management tools such as Power BI and/or Power Apps, focused on dashboard and report development; * Experience with technical software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and surveying tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with integrated information technology systems; * Knowledge of field best practices and environmental routines will be considered a plus; * Must reside in—or be willing to relocate to—one of the following cities: Presidente Prudente, Narandiba, Pirapozinho, Nantes, Iepê, Taciba, Tarabai, or Porecatu; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our identity.
