Support for technical and administrative teams **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation and organization of documents for environmental licensing processes; * Monitor deadlines and submission procedures with environmental agencies; * Update spreadsheets and manage file control; * Provide support to technical and administrative teams. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Environmental Management, or related fields are desirable); * Experience or knowledge of municipal, state, and federal environmental licensing processes; * Familiarity with agencies such as SEMACE, IBAMA, CONAMA, Municipalities, among others; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with environmental management systems; * Knowledge of current environmental legislation; * Experience working in industrial companies or environmental consulting firms. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.518,00 (current minimum wage) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Approximate total: R$ 2\.200,00 Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Education: * Business Administration, Undergraduate Degree * Environmental Engineering, Undergraduate Degree * Administration, Technical Course * Environmental Studies, Technical Course * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
