




**Job Description:** Job description: * Prepare technical documents, field records, experiment descriptions, and simple electrical diagrams. * Support ongoing engineering projects, focusing on data analysis, instrumentation, testing, and field operations. * Develop and maintain scripts for data acquisition, automation, and communication with equipment (in Python, C/C\+\+). * Perform cleaning, exploratory analysis, and visualization of time-series data (irradiance, temperature, power, environmental variables). * Contribute to laboratory and field testing, including equipment assembly, wiring, and safety checks. * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of sensors and measurement systems (e.g., irradiance, temperature, electrical sensors, cameras, etc.). * Support troubleshooting of measurement issues, connectivity problems, and instrument calibration. ### **Requirements:** * Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control & Automation, Engineering Physics, or related fields. * Basic programming knowledge (Python, C, and/or C\+\+ preferred). * Familiarity with SCADA systems, industrial automation concepts, and industrial data storage platforms. * Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC\-UA preferred). ### **Advantages (desirable):** * Experience with photovoltaic systems, solar instrumentation, or environmental sensors. * Knowledge of the scientific Python ecosystem (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib). * Basic understanding of electrical measurements, sensors, and test equipment. * Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative coding practices. * Prior exposure to vision systems, thermal cameras, or photogrammetry. * Intermediate English proficiency.
