The professional will work in the Cost Engineering Department with the following responsibilities: * Technical-operational support for DRC analyses, focusing on organizing technical information, consolidating data, and supporting value engineering. * Implementation, updating, and maintenance of inputs, productivity, and pricing for construction and engineering services, operational engineering services, studies, projects, and support services; * Development and consolidation of supporting documentation for the procurement of construction and engineering services; and * Development and consolidation of documentation related to verification of values effectively contracted by Sabesp for construction and engineering services, defining direct and indirect input costs. \*\* Sabesp (Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo) is responsible for water supply and sewage collection and treatment across 377 municipalities in São Paulo State, serving approximately 28 million people. This is the Sabesp way — transforming the present and preparing the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and validate technical documentation (projects, as-built drawings, technical specifications); * Consolidate technical information for regulatory analyses; * Support analysis of quantities, typologies, and scopes of work; * Assist in preparing technical evidence for RC/DRC; * Support interface with project, construction, and contracting departments; * Populate technical databases used in regulatory analyses; * Integrate pricing tools (Price and Input Bank) with SAP, enabling budget releases and contracting of projects; * Prepare monitoring reports and indicators demonstrating reference costs vs. actual costs applied to construction and engineering services contracted by the Engineering and Innovation Directorate, highlighting results, trends, opportunities, and risks inherent to these processes; * Establish and engage in budgeting processes focused on verifying direct costs applied to construction and engineering services contracted by the Engineering and Innovation Directorate, providing detailed performance analyses of such contracts; * Manage the budget cycle (investment and expense) involving contracts executed for construction and engineering services, to implement projects under Sabesp’s responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, with active registration at the regional engineering council (CREA); * Knowledge of drafting terms of reference and/or technical specifications and/or price regulation and measurement criteria, to support contracting of engineering services and works; * Basic knowledge of preparing reference budget spreadsheets, preferably using the Price and Budget System – SPO or equivalent; * Knowledge and experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Project, and SharePoint. * Experience in preparing engineering construction budgets. **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical ability * Agility * Critical and integrated reasoning * Communication * Negotiation * Adaptability to change **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Private Health Insurance * Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) * Transportation Voucher * Christmas Basket * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity Leave * Extended Paternity Leave * Daycare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) * Profit-Sharing Program – PPR New Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
