* The Polyclinic is characterized by outpatient and day-hospital care, offering medical consultations in the specialties of Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Urology, Dermatology, Gynecology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Angiology, and a Multiprofessional Team: Nursing, Psychology, Stoma Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Nutrition, Acupuncture, and Clinical Pharmacy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform endocrinology specialty consultations; diagnose, treat, and prevent glandular disorders and hormonal imbalances according to patients’ clinical status and in accordance with institutional guidelines, the Brazilian Ministry of Health, and Municipal Health Secretariat directives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine; * Medical Residency or Specialist Certification in Endocrinology; * Active registration with the relevant Medical Council; * Minimum of six (6) months of documented professional experience as an Endocrinologist Physician. **Additional Information** * Professionals employed by partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers; individuals with familial or affinity ties working in the same service unit; or those engaged under alternative contractual arrangements (e.g., contracted service providers) must comply with current Human Resources regulations, verified through consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department. Since its inception, **PAIS** has sought, in partnership with public health management, to expand and consolidate health services offered to SUS users.
