Perform and plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services on residential electrical installations, machinery, motors, lighting, electrical and electroelectronic equipment, power lines, and signal lines (telephone networks and structured cabling), diagnosing faults and failures, performing repairs and replacing components and parts as necessary. Conduct measurements and tests using appropriate measuring instruments and specialized tools suitable for electrical installation work. Install, expand, and repair electrical and communication networks and lines. Work in compliance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, assemble, and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical power networks, replacing conductors and/or electrical components, in accordance with received requests and pre-established schedules, applying techniques and specialized knowledge relevant to the field of operation. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical circuits and installations, communication networks (telephone and structured cabling), and power lines; analyze fault causes; disassemble and reassemble components and/or equipment assemblies; replace parts for motors, pumps, fans, and other devices; and conduct operational tests and trials. * Respond to emergency situations during assigned shifts, assessing possibilities for immediate repairs or subsequent procedures, and seeking higher-level guidance when necessary. * Inspect electrical panels and switchboards, performing measurements, retightening connections, and cleaning to prevent overheating or overload. * Record time and materials used in service orders to control costs of performed services and support future preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams (single-line, three-phase, and multi-conductor), perform electrical calculations, and use electrical measuring instruments and specialized tools appropriate for electrical installation work, as required. * Perform general electrical work within the institution’s premises, installing, repairing, and/or replacing luminaires, outlets, power points, wiring, circuit breakers, network points, telephone points, and data points. * Install and maintain telephone distribution frames (DG). * Turn on and off internal and external lighting for facility areas by operating switches and/or protective, control, and activation devices for circuits, aiming to reduce electricity consumption and costs, and using electricity more efficiently. * Perform and take responsibility for other related tasks as required by the department. * Supervise outsourced services. * Complete preventive maintenance forms, providing options for resolving identified anomalies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Vocational training course in maintenance electrician, building maintenance electrician, or industrial maintenance electrician (vocational courses must be in-person, with a minimum duration of 320 hours, delivered by an educational institution affiliated with the official Brazilian education system and recognized by the Ministry of Education – MEC); * Certificates for NR 10 (Electrical Safety), Electrical Controls, NR 33 (Confined Spaces), and NR 35 (Work at Heights) training and complementary courses. **Additional Information** WORK SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFF — DAY SHIFT The **SPDM** — Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine — is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, officially recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility (in its headquarters city), respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970.
