




Job Summary: Responsible for full management of the working hours registration system, ensuring accurate calculation of every minute worked and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with timekeeping software and Excel ELECTRONIC TIMEKEEPING ANALYST Responsible for full management of the working hours registration system. Your mission is to ensure that every minute worked is accurately calculated, managing work schedules, absences, overtime, and time banks, always in accordance with current legislation (Ordinance No. 671/MTP). Operational Timekeeping Management * **Exception Handling:** Perform daily/monthly adjustments for missing clock-ins, forgotten clock-ins, and registration errors. * **Absence Management:** Enter medical certificates, leaves of absence, suspensions, and dismissals into the system. * **Schedule Control:** Configure and monitor rotating shift schedules (5x1, 6x1, 12x36\), ensuring paid weekly rest (DSR). Compliance and Legislation * **Working Hours Monitoring:** Control daily overtime limits and ensure compliance with intraday and interday breaks. * **Time Bank Management:** Manage time bank balances, issuing reports to managers regarding compensation deadlines and expiration dates. Education and Experience * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Accounting. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in the **Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)** and, critically, in **Ordinance No. 671/2021** (which replaced Ordinances No. 1510 and 373\). * **Systems:** Experience with timekeeping software (e.g., Senior, Totvs, Ahgora, Pontomais) and intermediate-level Excel for generating metrics. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 Work Location: Parque Novo Mundo / SP Salary: Market-competitive.
