Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and implement **Data Quality** frameworks, including dimensions such as completeness, accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness * Map and document data quality rules jointly with business areas and technical teams * Develop and maintain **automated data validation rules** across the pipeline (ingestion, transformation, and consumption) * Monitor data quality metrics and create **executive and operational dashboards** * Investigate and address **root cause analysis of data issues** * Contribute to defining and evolving **data KPIs and SLAs** * Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure data reliability * Support the implementation of **Data Governance** practices (catalog, lineage, data policies) * Promote a data quality culture across the organization (data literacy and best practices) * Evaluate and propose market tools and solutions for data quality **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in **Data Quality** (process implementation—not just monitoring) * Solid knowledge of **data quality dimensions** (e.g., completeness, consistency, uniqueness, validity, etc.) * Experience building **data quality dashboards and metrics** (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight or similar) * Experience with **AWS**, especially: * S3 * Glue * Athena * Redshift * (Bonus: Lake Formation, Deequ, or similar) * Experience with **data languages** (advanced SQL and Python) * Hands-on experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) * Experience with **Data Quality** tools or frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, Deequ, Soda, etc.) * Knowledge of **data modeling** and concepts related to Data Warehouse / Data Lake * Ability to act consultatively with business areas **Desired Profile:** * Analytical and investigative mindset * Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business domains * Proactivity and ownership mentality * Ability to build processes from scratch (in an environment not yet mature) **Differentiators:** * Experience with governance frameworks such as **DAMA-DMBOK**, or market practices (Data Mesh, Data Fabric) * Knowledge of **Gartner AI TRiSM** (especially if involving data for AI) * Experience with data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, AWS Glue Data Catalog) * Experience in large-scale data environments (Big Data) * Knowledge of **Data Observability** **Additional Information** * This position is fully remote, though occasional in-person attendance may be required in the Avenida Paulista area for meetings or alignment sessions.
