In partnership with **Bridge Holding**, ESSE is investing to become a reference in BIM and best practices in project management, enhancing the efficiency, speed, and quality of its solutions. **Position:** Engineering Analyst – Sanitation Concessions **Job Objective** Develop technical studies aimed at **structuring and modeling concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs)** in the basic sanitation sector, including system diagnostics, planning for service universalization, investment estimates, and definition of technical solutions for water supply and sanitary sewage systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in developing **technical studies for structuring basic sanitation concessions and PPPs**. * Develop **technical diagnostics of water supply and sanitary sewage systems**. * Support the development of **scenarios for universalizing sanitation services**. * Prepare **investment estimates (CAPEX)** for implementation, expansion, and improvement of sanitation systems. * Support estimation of **operational costs (OPEX)** for sanitation systems. * Participate in developing **Municipal Basic Sanitation Plans (PMSB)**. * Participate in developing **Master Plans for Water Supply and Sanitary Sewage**. * Consolidate technical information into **reports, spreadsheets, and technical presentations**. * Support preparation of **technical documents for concession processes and project structuring**. * Conduct analysis and organization of sectoral data, including databases such as **SNIS, SINISA, and municipal operational data**. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in: * Civil Engineering * Sanitary and Environmental Engineering * Environmental Engineering or related fields.
