Count on us to build a future together! **Brief Job Description:** Ensure smooth operation functioning, aligned with strategic planning premises, and guarantee its implementation through planning, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of operational, quality, project financial return, and resource-related activities; define guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with internal procedures, applicable legislation, defined objectives for maximizing results, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Manage service provision or supply contracts in the mining environment, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, scope, costs, and quality. * Serve as the primary point of contact between the contracted company and the client (mining company), ensuring a solid relationship and efficient communication. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise contract operations, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, legal, and environmental requirements. * Define actions to optimize economic results (EBITDA) and the Company’s competitive advantage, continuously coordinating with senior management and department heads the operational expense structure, as well as revenue and projected investment execution, aiming to meet defined profitability targets. * Ensure compliance with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment) standards and internal policies of both the Company and the client. * Lead operational and administrative teams assigned to the contract, including performance management, development, training, and discipline. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, propose corrective actions, and present management reports. * Manage the contract budget, including operational costs, margins, billing, measurements, and profitability. * Negotiate contractual adjustments, addendums, renewals, and commercial discussions with the client. * Act as legal representative whenever required, and represent the Company locally and regionally before the client. * Ensure compliance with contractual clauses, mitigating operational, financial, and legal risks. * Manage mobilization and demobilization of teams, equipment, and resources according to contract requirements. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as client and regulatory inspections. * Support continuous improvement processes, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. * Evaluate employee and candidate performance, as well as overall team performance, proposing or defining allocation, development, and management actions to maximize competencies, retain high-potential talent, and ensure appropriate team composition—aiming for fair treatment, employee satisfaction, and organizational results. * Ensure compliance with labor, environmental, and regulatory legislation applicable to the mining sector. **Education**: Mining or Civil Engineering degree; postgraduate studies in the field.
