Job Description: * Collaborate with management to develop work schedules for construction activities, specifying the resources required to meet the project timeline; * Assign tasks and support subordinates in carrying out their duties, providing guidance and proposing technical solutions to potential problems and/or irregularities; * Monitor and guide each phase of the production process, reviewing project drawings and specifications for general civil works—including masonry, concrete pouring, finishing, and electrical/plumbing installations—to ensure targets are met in accordance with established quality, cost, and safety standards; * Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to schedule machine shutdowns for maintenance, optimizing production flow and extending equipment service life; * Supervise existing resources to ensure their proper utilization and guarantee fulfillment of the site’s production requirements; * Oversee shift handovers, clarifying/integrating information regarding each work front’s scope of activity, completed and ongoing tasks, priorities, and emerging issues; * Monitor the construction schedule by comparing actual progress against approved deadlines, identifying delays in task execution and promptly reporting them to the immediate supervisor to ensure timely billing and adherence to the planned schedule; * Assess the quality standards of completed work and verify contractor measurements during the relevant period; * Identify training needs for personnel within the area of responsibility, as well as requirements for workforce replacement; * Guide, train, and motivate production teams to continuously improve productivity and quality; * Perform duties in accordance with established operational technical standards, organizational policies, and requirements related to quality, occupational safety, environmental preservation, and sustainability; properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms to eliminate hazards that could lead to accidents, environmental degradation, or compromised product quality; * Commit to the Group Monto’s policies, standards, procedures, Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Ethical Conduct, fulfilling responsibilities diligently both in the presence and absence of direct supervisors; * Carry out other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 2512070202191584967
