We are seeking a **Contract Coordinator** to strengthen our operations and ensure excellence in project and contract execution across Brazil. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the guardian of operational, documentary, and regulatory compliance of contracts; * Consolidate monthly results and present management reports to management; * Support the finance team in measurements, billing, and economic amendments; * Analyze costs, profitability, and improvement opportunities; * Lead alignment meetings, feedback sessions, and performance monitoring; * Ensure contract adherence to scopes, goals, and performance indicators; * Promote integration among internal departments (Operations, HR, Finance, QSMS, Procurement, Tax, Legal); * Conduct technical visits and periodic strategic meetings; * Support management in decision-making and new business prospecting. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in contract coordination and leadership of operational teams; * Knowledge of cost analysis, KPIs, and performance indicators; * Proficiency in Excel and management tools (ERP, Power BI, etc.); * Strong communication, organization, and results focus. **Advantageous Qualifications** * Experience in biotechnology, environmental services, or facilities; * Experience with public and private contracts; * Analytical profile and strategic vision. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and innovative environment; * Opportunities for growth and continuous development; * Internal training program; * Meal allowance + Transportation allowance + Health/Dental plan + Life insurance.
