Responsibilities * Receive requisitions, obtain quotations, and formalize purchase orders for parts and supplies in accordance with company policy. * Establish agreements with approved suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Monitor delivery schedules, manage open orders, and ensure materials are delivered to the correct destination. * Research, qualify, and evaluate the performance of new suppliers and service providers. * Collaborate with Maintenance and Business Units to understand technical requirements and manage warranty or return processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in strategic procurement and inventory analysis; * Proficiency in automotive parts nomenclature (heavy-duty segment); * Familiarity with Google Tools (Google Sheets).
