As a **Commissioning Supervisor**, your key responsibilities will include: * Execute equipment commissioning in accordance with technical specifications, commissioning manuals, test plans, project technical specifications, and applicable international standards and tests, working directly on equipment and with support teams to meet technical requirements and activity schedules defined by the Commissioning Coordinator or department manager; * Ensure all procedures within your area are carried out in compliance with company-established rules; * Comply with internal regulations, instructions, and procedures (quality, occupational safety, environmental safety, environment, preventive medicine, and others), aiming to implement preventive actions to guarantee favorable environmental and working conditions within the company; * Lead the team of collaborators assigned to support you, distributing tasks, providing technical guidance, and evaluating performance, aiming to foster the best possible organizational climate; * Execute processes under your responsibility, defining priorities and ensuring expected results are achieved; * Keep the Commissioning Coordinator and Commissioning Manager informed about activity progress through formal reporting of test results and follow-up meetings, ensuring planning is continuously updated according to actual progress; * Seek optimization between Electrical Installation and Commissioning phases, pursuing executive optimization of timelines and costs while respecting technical requirements; * Coordinate the commissioning sequence for all systems under your responsibility; * Use, organize, and properly maintain commissioning instrumentation responsibly; * Issue technical commissioning documentation within deadlines stipulated by the department; * Organize technical files and information obtained during commissioning tests, storing them in company-designated channels required for preparing Commissioning Data Books; * Apply sound engineering practices for dry and dynamic commissioning, and organize execution of operational testing to ensure correct delivery of the Generating Unit; * Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (tracking the entire NCR workflow), Daily Construction Reports, Commissioning Reports, and As-Built Reports; * Be capable of working with data acquisition, processing and analyzing signals, and evaluating dynamic behavior of Generating Units; * Represent the company/department in technical discussions with peers, customers, and others in the field, confidently presenting ANDRITZ’s technical viewpoint and interests. **We expect you to have the following education:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Company business; * Internal IT systems / Microcomputing; * Technical knowledge of products (turbines, generators, auxiliaries); * Commissioning; * Instrumentation; * Basic technical knowledge of special and type tests (efficiency, dielectric, dynamic evaluation, etc.); * Data acquisition software and equipment.
