Promotion of cooperative culture and financial education **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Responsible for participating in analyses and supporting, within their operational entity, the development and implementation of projects and other initiatives related to citizenship and sustainability structuring, the organization and implementation of social programs for the community, and sustainability actions—and other activities of the Sicoob Institute—while contributing to training, consulting, targeted studies, and advisory services to cooperatives, thereby ensuring business longevity and fostering and developing a cooperative, socially conscious, and socially responsible culture among members, the community, and employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the development and implementation of social investment and sustainability actions and projects, contributing to the economic and social development of communities. * Participate in the analysis and execution of action plans and projects related to the organization and development of the membership base and the cooperative’s social responsibility initiatives. * Monitor and track the execution of actions and projects across internal departments, affiliated cooperatives, and institutional partners, supporting the achievement of established results and indicators. * Provide support to the board of directors and internal departments in activities related to social projects, sustainability, and cooperative development. * Support the organization and execution of the Sicoob Institute’s activities, programs, and initiatives, promoting the dissemination of cooperative culture and sustainable development. * Encourage and promote cooperative and financial education activities for employees, members, and the community. * Develop and support initiatives focused on social responsibility and strengthening cooperation, establishing partnerships with community institutions and organizations. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Knowledge of administrative processes and activity planning. * Familiarity with strategic planning, project management, and social investment. * Knowledge of cooperativism, the cooperative system, and financial education. * Organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in social projects, sustainability, or the third sector. * Experience in cooperative education programs or community development initiatives. * Knowledge of corporate social responsibility or ESG practices. * Experience in credit cooperatives or institutions within the cooperative system. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
