**Position Summary:** We are seeking a committed, detail-oriented professional with a strong willingness to learn to work as a Bodywork and Painting Technical Assistant. This role plays an essential part in supporting the preparation, repair, and finishing stages of automotive vehicles, ensuring quality, safety, and organization throughout all process phases. **Responsibilities:** **Repair Analysis and Planning:** Assess damage to vehicle bodywork and paint. Plan repair steps together with the technical team. **Vehicle Preparation:** Perform disassembly of damaged components. Sort, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment. Maintain appropriate working conditions and safety standards. **Repair Execution:** Carry out support tasks such as sanding, dent removal, and component cleaning. Assist in fabricating simple parts for minor repairs when necessary. Support bodywork (panel beating) services. **Painting and Finishing:** Assist in applying primers, fillers, and paints according to technical standards. Contribute to final paint finishing and polishing. **Final Assembly and Quality Control:** Participate in reassembling repaired components. Conduct tests and assist in verifying the quality of completed work. **Regulations and Safety:** Comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. Contribute to correct waste disposal and environmental sustainability. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). Prior experience in automotive workshops is a plus. Interest in developing expertise in bodywork and painting. Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** High School (Secondary Education) **Driver’s License:** Class B
