Key Highlights: 1. Planning and preparation of various doughs and bakery products 2. Preparation of sweets, fillings, jams, and assorted savory items 3. Work in compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards **Responsibilities:** Plan production and prepare bread, pasta, and similar doughs. Bake bread, crackers, and cookies, and manufacture pasta. Prepare ice cream syrups and produce jams. Decorate sweets, prepare fillings, and make savory items. Draft documents such as material requisitions, material issue records, and production reports.
