Job Summary: Operate backhoe loaders to perform excavation, removal, and material handling for construction projects, adhering to technical and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operating backhoe loaders across various construction activities. 2. Performing basic maintenance and organizing the worksite. 3. Executing drainage works, earthworks, pavement finishing, and pile driving. The purpose of this position is to operate backhoe loaders and carry out excavation, material removal, and handling tasks, thereby contributing to the execution of construction projects and services in accordance with the company’s established technical, safety, and environmental standards, as well as those defined by the Elevação Management System (SGE). **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, soil and material removal. * Perform basic machine maintenance (fluid level checks, lubrication, cleaning). * Plan and organize the worksite prior to commencing operations. * Execute soil drainage and earthwork construction per project specifications. * Perform pavement finishing and pile driving. * Strictly comply with SGE operational and safety procedures. * Report irregularities or maintenance requirements to the Supervisor. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability to work in Fortaleza/CE. * Incomplete elementary education. * Driver’s license Category C (for tractors, material handling machinery, etc.). * Certification as a backhoe/excavator operator or heavy equipment operator, or documented experience in such role. ***We actively promote inclusion of persons with disabilities (PCDs) in all positions that meet legal and safety requirements.***
