Join this community! **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**: * Organize, draft, and record meeting minutes, ensuring traceability of decisions and commitments. * Standardize and validate Daily Construction Reports (RDO) per contractual clauses. * Manage Daily Construction Reports (RDO), meeting minutes, and document governance. * Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring formal protocol and structured archiving. * Organize, convene, and conduct technical meetings with suppliers and internal meetings. * Support preparation and organization of contractual governance meetings, including executive presentations and reports. * Consolidate agendas, resolutions, responsibilities, and deadlines. * Implement and monitor contractual governance procedures aligned with the Contract Administration Manual. * Ensure standardization and traceability of contractual communication flows. * Support development and updating of physical-financial schedules, comparing planned vs. actual performance. * Contribute to contractual performance indicator control, covering schedule, cost, and quality risks. * Support analysis of contract amendments, claims, and project modifications. * Identify and record contractual execution risks, including schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance. * Monitor mitigation measures and report deviations to the Capex Unit. * Support reporting and analysis of claims and demands. * Prepare periodic reports and executive dashboards, integrating data into the Contract Administration Governance system. * Consolidate critical information, indicators, and lessons learned for audits and executive management. **For This Role, We Expect You To Have**: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Administration and/or Law and/or related fields; * Postgraduate degree and/or certification in Project Management, Contract Management, or Risk Management is desirable; * Experience analyzing claims, amendments, demands, and contractual modifications; * Experience in contractual administration of infrastructure projects, with direct involvement in managing medium- and large-scale contracts; * Experience in construction planning and control, including proficiency in physical-financial scheduling and performance indicators; * Experience applying contractual governance procedures and best practices for compliance; * Knowledge of contractual risk management, deviation analysis, and mitigation measures; * Proficiency in control tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI or equivalents, RDOWEB or equivalent); * Familiarity with or experience applying ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is desirable.
