Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating lubrication and refueling equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and vehicles, and controlling fuel and lubricants. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of lubrication and refueling equipment. 2. Performing lubrication and preventive inspections on vehicles and machinery. 3. Fuel and lubricant control, with focus on quality and safety. Operate the lubrication and refueling equipment on the convoy truck. Perform lubrication on vehicles, machinery, and equipment, selecting appropriate cleaning materials and tools. Report any irregularities observed, such as leaks, excessive oil replenishment, blockages, etc. Consult technical manuals and scheduled maintenance plans. Conduct preventive inspections and maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacement and cleaning, and checking for contaminants. Refuel the fleet and manage fuel and lubricant inventory. Perform minor disassembly, repairs, and reassembly of machine components, such as clogged breathers, blocked filters, obstructed lubrication bypass piping, and inoperative lubricant distributors. Follow chemical product emergency data sheets. Properly segregate generated waste according to the selective collection program. Safeguard resources under one's responsibility, considering quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental protection aspects in all performed activities.
