Job Summary: Professional to support the journey of national and international suppliers, assist in event management, and resolve queries within a fashion ecosystem. Key Highlights: 1. Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: **Responsibilities and duties** * Track the onboarding journey of new national and international suppliers, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, supporting from registration, qualification, and system access setup through to first delivery; * Monitor supplier retention within the supply chain; * Identify and address demands and needs from the product team and suppliers by coordinating solutions across departments or with suppliers; * Assist in drafting and sending communications to suppliers; * Support planning and execution of events involving the supplier and product chains; * Address and resolve queries raised by suppliers and internal teams; * Provide support for requests from the Supplier Management team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in database and record management; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Strong Excel skills are essential; Prior experience in supplier management. * **Additional information** **Internal candidates must apply by 05/16/2026** **Work location: Porto Alegre Office \- RS** **Work modality: Hybrid (4 days per week at the office, 1 day remote)** **Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\.** What excites you?
