




The Sales Consultant is responsible for in-store sales processes: prospecting customers, executing sales and after-sales service; promoting and demonstrating the operator’s products and services. The Consultant consistently aligns with customer needs and company objectives, achieves sales targets, and reports to the Store Manager while balancing both quantitative and qualitative performance indicators. We seek a professional profile that is committed, determined, focused on professional development, results-oriented, and enjoys challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Market available products from our portfolio in accordance with commercial policy; * Welcome and receive customers, identify their profiles and needs; * Conduct outreach activities in the field, at storefronts, pedestrian streets, and other locations; * Provide customers daily with accurate and reliable information regarding product features, pricing, and services; * Daily organize and maintain store appearance according to the established standard layout process; * Ensure store organization to enhance product visibility, uphold brand visual identity, and improve sales opportunities; * Possess comprehensive knowledge of all operational processes and procedures, acting with adherence and accuracy; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school; * Experience: Retail sales experience or similar roles; * Digital literacy (proficiency with computers, smartphones, and other digital devices); * Basic Microsoft Office skills; * Fundamental mathematical skills; **Additional Information** * Career development plan; * Commission/bonuses based on target achievement; * Meal allowance paid via CAJU card; * Mobility allowance or transportation voucher; * Psychological support (telemedicine); * Wellhub.
