For printers and/or multifunction devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume monochrome and color equipment. For low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks, perform diagnostics using the manufacturer's tools. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Electronics, IT, or related fields; OR currently pursuing a Higher Education degree in IT or related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on low- and medium-volume monochrome and color equipment lines. For SaaS, training on the HP notebook and desktop track, which are part of the Company's product lineup and deployed in the assigned environment.
