Job Summary: IT professional focused on on-site support for hardware, software, and networks, serving users and maintaining microcomputer infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. On-site support for microcomputer equipment and networks. 2. Resolution of hardware and software incidents for users. 3. Software and equipment maintenance and installation.
