If you wish to grow professionally in an environment that values innovation, excellence, and continuous development, apply for this position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative and legal positions, including strategic levels (mid-level, senior, and coordination); * Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience through assertive communication, continuous follow-up, structured feedback, and candidate debriefs via the ATS platform; * Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team to develop and strengthen the employer brand; * Conduct competency-based interviews; * Prepare candidate evaluation reports for leadership; * Map professional profiles and consolidate them into a strategic talent database; * Ensure correct use and evolution of ATS tools (Gupy, reports); * Execute the admission process for approved candidates; * Conduct onboarding and support leadership in integrating new hires; * Consolidate and update monthly performance indicators for the Talent Acquisition and Selection area; * Support the DHO department in addressing additional demands, ensuring agility and alignment with internal needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in São Paulo or Greater São Paulo; * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology or Human Resources; * Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and Selection within law firms or headhunting consultancies focused on law firms; * Experience with active sourcing (hunting); * Experience with ATS (Gupy). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter **(desirable).** **Additional Information** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills; * Time management; * Commitment; * Focus; * Proactivity.
