**DJG GAN Construções**, a company operating in the civil construction sector, is seeking a **PURCHASING ANALYST with proven experience in the field** who has **technical knowledge of materials**, equipment, and services within the sector, as well as strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills. **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Building Technician** with 2\-3 years of proven experience to join our team. The professional will be responsible for technical supervision, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with design plans and technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the execution of retail construction projects, ensuring established quality standards and timelines; * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project designs; * Prepare technical reports and construction controls; * Assist in design coordination and material take-offs; * Manage and monitor outsourced teams and suppliers; * Ensure compliance with technical and occupational safety regulations; * Support construction management in making technical decisions. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Building Construction; * **Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience** in the field; * Proven experience in **retail construction projects**; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Expertise in measurements, cost control, and scheduling; * Experience with AutoCAD and Office suite is desirable. **Desired Profile:** * Organized with attention to detail; * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership ability and capacity to supervise on-site teams. **Compensation: R$ 3\.500,00 \+ Benefits:** * R$ 485,00 cost allowance; * Transportation voucher according to distance traveled; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * 2 (two) monthly consultations via tele-nutrition \| 2 (two) monthly consultations via tele-psychology; * 15% (fifteen percent) discount on laboratory tests at Dasa network; * Discounts on medications at Pague Menos network; * Health insurance (currently being arranged).
