RESPONSIBILITIES Support test execution, system deployment, and monitored assisted operations. Attend technical meetings for project refinement and new requirements. Analyze project solutions and develop technical specifications (enhancement of technical and functional requirements). SKILLS Experience as Support/Deployment Analyst in the Telecom or IT market; Experience with complex system architectures; Experience in critical, high-performance, and highly available environments; Experience in system capacity and performance analysis (Linux, Oracle DB, Java); Experience developing contingency solutions for issues; Experience drafting technical specifications; Knowledge of medium- and high-complexity integration architectures (REST, SOA, API Gateway); Understanding of software and IT engineering processes; Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems; Familiarity with centralized monitoring and logging tools; Proficiency in programming languages supporting automation (Shell, Python). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FTTH network knowledge; Knowledge of telecommunications business processes (per TM Forum Framework X); MongoDB database knowledge; SQL language knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL); DevOps knowledge.
