Act as the technical reference point within the team, contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and reducing incident resolution time. Responsibilities and Duties * Technical customer support via phone; * Customer support via service portal; * Execution of system functional tests; * Documentation/Reporting of performed activities; * Internal support to product analysts. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Technology or related fields; * Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of TOTVS RM in the Educational module; **Specific Knowledge:** * Three-tier environments * SQL database * Visual Formula * WebServices.
