




**\*Field Service Analyst N2 – Service Provider**\* Type of opportunity: only for professionals with companies – PJ. Model: In-person support for a 3AM IT client. Period: Fixed-term \- 12 months with possibility of extension; Business hours; Location: Timon, Maranhão **\*Responsibilities and Duties:\*** * Provide second-level technical support, on-site and remotely, for incidents and requests; * Work with off-the-shelf software, corporate systems and Office 365 applications; * Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and images approved by ATHENA; * Analyze, reclassify and monitor service tickets until resolution and user validation; * Ensure SLA compliance, escalating to suppliers when necessary; * Perform permissioning and access adjustments on network folders; * Apply the ATHENA service catalog, providing technical and operational support to users. \***Qualifications and Required Requirements:\*** * Technical support experience on Windows 10 or higher operating systems; * Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and OneNote); * Assembly, maintenance and configuration of computers and peripherals; * Installation and updates of corporate software and applications; * Support for local networks, permissions and access management; * Remote and on-site support, with ticket registration and tracking using ITSM tools. ### **Employment Type:** Pessoa Jurídica ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Infrastructure, Office Suite, Windows ### **Department:** Information Technology
