We seek an organized, proactive professional with solid technological expertise to support the team and maintain our processes efficiently. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing technical support to employees regarding access, internal systems, and resolution of technological issues; * Managing service requests, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive user experience; * Granting, modifying, and controlling access permissions in accordance with internal policies; * Managing and tracking equipment (laptops, peripherals, accessories), including distribution, returns, and inventory; * Monitoring and logging requests to ensure organization and traceability; * Supporting the implementation of improvements and best practices in support and technology processes; * Collaborating with partner teams (IT, Information Security, etc.) to ensure system stability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Prior experience in end-user technical support (Level 1/Level 2); * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS); * Experience in access management and control; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technological issues; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—especially regarding equipment tracking; * Effective communication skills and a consultative attitude toward colleagues. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Desk, GLPI, Freshdesk, etc.); * Basic knowledge of networks and infrastructure; * Experience managing IT asset inventories. **Additional Benefits** * Swile Flexible Card for meals/groceries; * Commuter allowance or parking; * Bradesco Health Insurance with co-payment; * Odontoprev Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Totalpass; * Swile Shop Benefits Club; * Birthday Day Off.
