Responsibilities and duties * Provide technical support to users and internal departments, ensuring the full operation of systems, equipment, and networks; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations, servers, printers, and peripherals; * Manage service tickets and monitor support requests through the support management system; * Administer physical (Ethernet) and logical (TCP/IP) networks; * Manage infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, NPS, Remote Desktop, and Exchange; * Work on the configuration and maintenance of Firewalls (preferably Fortinet) and Load Balance solutions (Citrix Netscaler); * Operate virtualization environments (VMware) and storage solutions (Storage/SAN); * Perform backups and restorations using tools such as Veeam; * Support the administration of cloud environments (preferably AWS); * Ensure good information security practices in all processes; * Provide technical support for meeting rooms and internal events, ensuring the proper functioning of technological resources; * Collaborate with the IT team and other company departments for continuous solutions and improvements.
