**Description** Work as a Cloud SRE Analyst III, contributing broadly to the maintenance, automation, and evolution of Totvs’ cloud infrastructure, ensuring observability, service reliability, and technical support to Infrastructure and Architecture teams. **Responsibilities and Assignments** WHAT YOU WILL DO: Maintain, automate, and continuously evolve infrastructure by building and supporting a cloud provider’s infrastructure platform, being responsible for services such as DNS, NTP, AD, and other solutions. Maintain, document, and evolve cloud and hybrid environments, pursuing resilience, high availability, and reliability; Deliver and enhance monitoring, observability, and APM tools for infrastructure; Develop and maintain operational automations, reducing manual tasks and operational risks; Analyze, plan, and track critical incidents and problems, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis); Participate in on-call rotations with the team; Support the Architecture team and other areas in technical and architectural decision-making; Create and maintain technical documentation and hands-on training materials; Continuously explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team; Contribute to the creation and tracking of operational metrics (incidents, SLA, changes, automations). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, such as Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively; Advanced Linux knowledge; Experience in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, AD); Intermediate knowledge of Networking, Infrastructure, and Security; Experience with automation of provisioning, deployment, and scalability (Infrastructure as Code); Intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or Go; Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Shell Script, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer; Experience with public cloud, preferably GCP (or AWS); Advanced knowledge of logging, monitoring, and observability; Knowledge of automated CI/CD processes; Experience with Git and its workflows (branching model, pull requests, releases); Knowledge and proficiency in governance and agility methodologies (Kanban). Knowledge of Grafana, Checkmk, Prometheus, metrics, and KPI construction and administration
