This professional will play both tactical and strategic roles, ensuring technical decisions align with business goals while promoting innovation, scalability, security, and governance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Deliverables:** * Reference models and architectural guidelines for development and infrastructure; * Documented architecture aligned with corporate strategies; * Technology evolution and innovation roadmap for systems; * Technical governance framework to ensure compliance and best practices; * System modernization and legacy system migration plans to cloud; * Integration and interoperability strategies across platforms; * Reports and recommendations on emerging technologies and trends. **Day-to-day activities include:** * Ensuring reference visions, patterns, ADRs, and architectural strategies are followed, assessing adherence levels; * Communicating complex ideas clearly to foster collaboration between technical and business areas; * Documenting solutions and embedding this practice into tribes’ routines; * Influencing technical direction to promote scalability, quality, and resilience of solutions; * Working closely with tribes to ensure deliveries conform to architecture and software engineering best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience as a software architect or technical leader in engineering teams; * Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.) and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus; * Mastery of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and software engineering best practices; * Experience with various architectural styles (Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven, etc.); * Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and integrations; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL); * Familiarity with integration protocols such as RESTful, gRPC, GraphQL, and WebSocket; * Proficiency in software architecture (Hexagonal, Onion, Clean Architecture, etc.); * Knowledge of information security (authentication, authorization, encryption, WAF, etc.); * Experience with distributed computing, infrastructure, networking, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS); * Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation; * Knowledge of observability (SLA, SLI, SLO, DORA Metrics, SRE) and software quality (TDD, BDD, unit/integration testing). **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and autonomy to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions; * Clear communication with diverse audiences (technical and non-technical); * Collaboration and influence in team strategic decision-making; * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement; * Systemic vision with accountability for technical and business impact; * Ability to provide technical mentorship and develop people; * Adaptability to constantly changing contexts and demands. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); * Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.); * Prior experience as a developer, tech lead, or software engineer. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
