**About the Position** We are looking for a creative individual who enjoys working in teams and is passionate about audiovisual content to join Unibes Cultural as a Social Media Specialist. If you believe culture can also foster autonomy, this position is for you! **Responsibilities** * Plan the monthly editorial calendar (events, institutional content, and campaigns) — (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others). * Define editorial guidelines, tone of voice, and channel-specific formats. * Prepare briefings for: the Designer, the Copywriter, the Freelance Social Media Specialist, and the Traffic Analysts. * Create, review, and guide content production (posts, videos, Stories, Reels, copy, etc.). * Manage the editorial calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports with insights and optimization proposals. * Manage community engagement, monitor interactions, strengthen relationships, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice. * Analyze trends, monitor competitors, and identify innovation opportunities. * Propose creative campaigns, special initiatives, and influencer collaborations. * Create and send email marketing campaigns via Pipedrive to the company’s mailing list. * Respond to customer service inquiries (SAC 2.0) across all social media platforms and Google. * Produce monthly reports with analyses and recommendations. * Plan digital campaigns for strategic events. * Serve as a liaison between Communications and internal departments (Production, Curation, Coordination). **Required Experience** * Experience managing paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Knowledge of automation tools and CRM systems * Familiarity with SEO for content optimization * Experience with branding projects or 360° campaigns * Basic image/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) **General Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Work schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. * Workplace: Unibes Cultural **Why Work With Us** At Unibes, every team member has a purpose.
