Research trends, commemorative dates, and relevant seasonal opportunities for the target audience. Segment content according to each social platform and defined persona. **Content Creation and Production** Develop copywriting texts and creative scripts for posts, stories, reels, and videos. Request, create, or adapt images, videos, and other visual elements for posts. Ensure all content complies with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice. **Platform Management and Publishing** Schedule posts using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, mLabs, or similar. Ensure proper formatting of content for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Publish urgent or last-minute content when necessary. **Community Interaction and Relationship Building** Respond promptly and courteously to comments, direct messages, and interactions across social platforms. Monitor brand mentions and actively participate in relevant conversations. Manage potential social media image crises following internal protocols. **Performance Monitoring and Analysis** Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, CTR, etc.). Prepare periodic reports to present results to management and suggest strategic adjustments.
