We seek a Senior Analyst to operate B2B Billing environment billing cycles, ensuring stability, security, and end-to-end execution of processes. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, planning, executing, and controlling cycle routines, as well as administering the environment, implementing CHGs, and proactively addressing failures and aborts. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, monitor, and execute all stages of the billing cycle. * Ensure adherence to execution windows and result quality. * Identify and address aborts, failures, and performance degradation. * Administer the end\-to\-end billing environment, ensuring stability. * Monitor job, server, table, and processing volume performance. * Propose improvements in automation, performance, and reliability. * Validate and ensure integrity of processed data. * Technically assess, prepare, and execute CHGs related to the Billing environment. * Ensure changes do not impact the cycle or critical windows. * Prepare evidence, scripts, and rollback plans when necessary. * Collaborate with support teams, project teams, and change management. * Create and maintain execution / monitoring standards. * Report incidents, cycle status, operational deviations, and risks. * Work oriented toward SLAs and KPIs (cycle time, rework, processed volume, etc.). * Propose definitive solutions and prioritize improvements with squads. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Java/PL/SQL/Python databases; * Experience in programming languages; * Intermediate English for interaction with vendors; * Availability for flexible hours (flexibility to participate in on-call duties and occasional activities outside regular hours).
