**POSITION**: **Senior Supply Services Analyst (43675)** **CITY**: Indaiatuba, SP Fully on-site position located in Indaiatuba. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (any field), Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines; Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Intermediate English required — reading and writing; Prior experience in procurement of Electrical, Infrastructure, and Construction services required; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for business travel; Experience in Spot service procurement; **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with SAP MM module and preferably Coupa; Experience in negotiations and direct client interaction; Experience with procurement KPIs and Power BI report interpretation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform controls, analyses, and negotiations related to material procurement, aiming to optimize cost-benefit ratios and apply best practices aligned with business needs. Submit supplier qualification requests and coordinate with internal requesters. Formalize medium-complexity purchasing processes in accordance with company internal procedures, ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms and conditions. Respond to service-area requisitions and manage Spot material purchase orders and demands. Identify new negotiation opportunities by visiting and hosting suppliers to understand their processes and emerging technologies relevant to the products and services used by the company.
