DevSecOps process evolution **Date:** Apr 20, 2026 **Location:** São Paulo, São Paulo **Company:** B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão **About the position** **Position:** Senior Software Engineering Analyst **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication date:** 04/13/2026 **Your typical day** * **Participate in the complete software development lifecycle**, engaging in all stages of software development (scoping, requirements, architecture, design, coding, testing, maintenance, bug fixing, and support), ensuring quality, deadlines, cost control, and alignment with corporate standards; * **Quickly learn the technologies** used at B3 and continuously evolve to add value to the team; * **Participate in solution design**, execute proof of concepts, and collaborate with other areas to enable production implementation; * **Support DevSecOps process evolution**, suggesting improvements to reduce delivery time without compromising quality and security; * **Develop ultra-low-latency applications**, applying appropriate practices and frameworks to ensure maintainability and continuous latency reduction; * **Monitor validation, testing, and deployment**, ensuring issue resolution within plan or via emergency releases, avoiding rework; * **Analyze logs and incidents**, identify root causes, and align teams on temporary and permanent solutions, ensuring operational continuity; * **Track metrics and indicators** (e.g., RTT, defect count, test coverage, MTTR, deployment frequency) to guarantee operational excellence and satisfaction of internal customers. **Team responsibilities** This team is responsible for the Trading Interface systems of the PUMA platform. It handles analysis, development, maintenance, support, and evolution of these systems.
