The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and information management skills for documentation and internal process manual development, as well as a solid understanding of the variables influencing business and operational performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: We seek curious, talented individuals with an owner’s mindset to help us create the best products for our customers. **You will join the Governance, Risk Management, and Internal Controls team, supporting process mapping for products and services, as well as documentation—anticipating risks and assisting departments in mitigation efforts.** To achieve this, the candidate will: * Lead Process Governance, focusing on mapping, documenting financial product processes, and managing internal controls; * Map processes, define documentation methodologies and templates; * Structure internal control management for mapped processes; * Manage the change control process for processes; * Identify risks, internal controls, and potential improvements; * Ensure integration between Product/Process Governance and Risk and Internal Controls Governance; * Periodically review internal manuals and documents, implementing necessary adjustments to mitigate risks and optimize processes; * Support internal audit and internal controls for managed processes; * Prepare executive presentations demonstrating process control and mapping for discussion and approval; * Promote governance, risk, and internal controls culture across internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience and knowledge of financial products (digital accounts, credit products, insurance); * Experience in risk management and internal controls, preferably within financial institutions; * Strong experience in process management and mapping; * Experience in structuring processes and governance strategies for products and processes; * Familiarity with regulations applicable to financial services; * Experience with internal and external audit processes, including regulatory bodies (e.g., Bacen) **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not just excellent benefits, but flexible ones too. • Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform offering multiple categories: Gym, VR, VA, Pharmacy Allowance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance; • Corporate mobile phone.
