If you possess an analytical eye, user focus, and passion for solving complex problems elegantly, this is your place. **Responsibilities** * Lead design projects autonomously, from discovery to delivery. * Conduct user research and translate insights into strategic, scalable product solutions. * Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and interfaces that deliver intuitive and elegant experiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing, and business), actively contributing to product decisions through design. * Define and maintain design standards, ensuring visual and functional consistency across products. * Actively participate in the discovery process, helping structure product problems and opportunities before building solutions. * Present and advocate design solutions to stakeholders, clearly communicating the impact of each decision. * Support implementation of designs alongside the development team, ensuring delivery quality. * Stay updated on UX/UI trends and foster a design culture within Pilar. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields. * Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end execution of complex projects and measurable impact on product or business metrics. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. * Solid knowledge of Design Thinking, User Research, and UX Writing. * Ability to lead design projects autonomously, from discovery to delivery. * Mastery of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design. * Familiarity with UX metrics analysis and usability testing.
